Alright so it's been a couple years since my last journal....well since then I have been crippled with ptsd. It's been a horrible 3 years struggling with panic attacks and trying to make a relationship work. Well on April the 15 I was supposed to fly out to england one last time. My boyfriend and I where going to work things out. I worked hard for months to be calm and have peace of mind so that I could be ready in case of an anxiety attack. What I was not prepared for was being triggered by an older man who was being a ass to myself and my family. so i got home last week and mediately fell sick with flu. i'm finale getting better this week. i am happy to be home and sad all the same i was really getting used to england. well i get to figure out what i am doing now, for starts i applied to work at a sushi restaurant and also as of friday i will volunteering my time at the wild life rescue near my house :D. so this summer is looking to be a really good one!
